Cheese Fries

We love quick and easy in our home so making cheese fries is a quick and easy side dish I like to serve.
Wash potatoes

I like to make mine like steak fries so I cut them in long wedges.

Drizzle with a little Olive Oil then add your seasonings. I love of course my favorite seasoning...Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt. Potatoes soak up the seasoning so don't be afraid to season well.

Bake 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes....I guess I was so excited to serve that I forgot the last photo! Sooooo just use you imagination and picture some gooey cheese sprinkled over the top! I like to use cheddar but just about any over these bad boys is delicious!!!
